Nerval Partners, Rue de l'Exemple 1, 1000 Brussels, is the controller of the personal data collected through this site, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

We collect the data you voluntarily send us through the contact form (name, company, email, phone, message) and, for our clients, the data needed for the client area: login details, uploaded documents, company information and accounting data.

This data is used to answer your requests, manage the client relationship and provide the agreed tax, advisory, accounting, payroll and credit control services.

We use technical providers bound by confidentiality: Vercel (site hosting and document storage), Aiven (database, hosted in Frankfurt) and Resend (email delivery). Credit control partners only access the files entrusted to them.

Data is kept for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, and in line with the legal retention obligations for accounting and tax records in Belgium. The log of client area sign-ins (date, IP address, browser) is deleted automatically after 12 months.

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase and port your data, as well as the right to object to and restrict processing. From your client area (My account), you can download a copy of your data at any time. You can exercise your other rights by writing to contact@nervalpartners.be.

Documents stored privately, password-protected access, account lock after several failed attempts, log of logins and actions: we take appropriate measures to protect your data.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (DPA) if you believe the processing of your data does not comply with the regulations.
