Liberal professions and small businesses are often the most exposed: no credit department, little time, and the fear of upsetting a customer by chasing them. Credit control means managing the credit you give your customers and organising collection: tracking due dates, reminders, disputes and reporting.
What we do

From invoice follow-up to payment.

  1. 01

A clear view of what you are owed

We collect and check your aged receivables: open, overdue or upcoming invoices, amounts and days late. At last you know, customer by customer, where your collections stand.

  2. 02

A reminder before the due date

For large amounts, a courteous message a few days before the due date prevents many delays. It is often the most effective reminder of all.

  3. 03

    Reminders tailored to each customer

After the due date, we follow up by email, text, phone or letter depending on the delay and the customer's profile. Firm when needed, always polite: the commercial relationship remains yours.

  4. 04

    Tracking payment promises

When a customer commits to paying on a given date, we note it and get back to them on the day if the payment hasn't arrived.

  5. 05

    Spotting disputes

Disputed invoice, wrong amount, missing supporting document, unapproved work: we identify the reason for the hold-up and report it to you so it can be resolved quickly.

  6. 06

    Monthly reporting

Total outstanding, overdue invoices, amounts collected, average payment time and customers to watch: a clear picture, every month.

How it works.

  1. 1

You give us access to your invoices

An export from your invoicing software or your aged receivables: we start from what you have.

  2. 2

    We agree the rules together

Which customers to chase, how often, in what tone, and from when you would rather be consulted.

  3. 3

We send reminders on your behalf

Your customers receive clear, courteous reminders, signed in your company's name.

  4. 4

    You follow the results

Every month, a simple report: what has come in, what is still owed, what is stuck.

Your questions about credit control.

Who is this service for?
Mainly liberal professions and SMEs without an in-house credit department: lawyers, architects, consultants, engineering firms, healthcare professionals, service companies. You don't need hundreds of invoices to benefit.
Will my customers know you are involved?
Reminders go out in your company's name, in a tone you approve. For your customers nothing changes, except that reminders are regular and precise.
What if a customer disputes an invoice?
We identify the reason, wrong amount, unapproved work, missing document, and report it to you with the relevant details. Simple disputes can be settled directly under the Credit Control Pro plan.
Do you handle legal debt collection?
No. Our role is follow-up and amicable reminders. If a debt needs to go further, we let you know and prepare the file for the lawyer or bailiff of your choice. For debts owed by consumers, we point you to the legal framework for amicable debt collection in Belgium.
How do we get started?
A first conversation to understand your customers and invoicing habits, then an analysis of your open invoices. We then propose the right plan, with a written price.
